I have ordered Realme 3 pro mobile on 9 Aug 2019 and paid money in advance. I want to gift this phone on occasion of Raksha Bandhan. Amazon has committed to delivery the phone on 12 Aug 2019 but Due to holiday on 11 and 12 Aug I have requested to change the delivery date from 12 Aug to 13 Aug and same has been accepted. On 13 Aug on amazon app showing the product will be delivered today. But no one contacted me till 2 pm again I called the customer care for delivery of product. They again assured me delivery on same day but product was not delivered. Next day morning on 14 Aug have again called the customer care for urgent delivery because it will be gifted on Raksha Bandhan. I have made so many calls on delivery number 01414721444 also use 4 digit pin but the person who picked the call said me no delivery with them. When I tracked the same through amazon then it is showing out for delivery and delivery attempted 11.20 pm but no one contacted with me. Amazon has neither shared me delivery boy number. Amazon has cheated me. On 15 Aug amazon called me and assured the product will deliver me on 16 August but still no one contacted me. I got upset every day with false assurance. I trust this company a lot but the company is not trustworthy. My experience is very bad for dealing with this company. Due to non delivery of the product I am not able to gift the same to my sister. I feel cheated.
