I have ordered below on 11th August 2022

Order Details
Order ID – OD125706668635164000
POCO X4 Pro 5G (Laser Blue, 128 GB).

It is dispatched through
Ekart Logistics – FMPP1296392972 on 16th August and supposed to be delivered on 20th August 2022.

On 20th August i received a message it will be delivered on 23rd August. Today also I hav not got any update on dispatch and delivery status.

It is very frustrating your customer care team is unable to help as they also not have tracking and whenever I ask to transfer the call to senior officer they say senior is not available.

I want the mobile to be delivered today.
