Dear Team,
With a heavy heart i am writing this complaint. I had purchased an earphone and laptop together.
It was a prepaid order. When the delivery happened, only the earphone was present and laptop was not there. That laptop costs 27000 around.
It devastated me by seeing the empty box. Immediately I raised a complaint then they said the item was delivered and no refund will be done. How is this possible? Its shocking.
I accumulated the money for 6 months to purchase the laptop and this is the result I got. Amazon such a big company doing fraud like this.
