I have given order to jio mart app with order no. 15968755089041600A on 8th Aug.2020 for Rs. 809. Till date I have not received the order. The online app shows that the product is delivered which is incorrect.
Very Poor customer support. Mail, phone, and WhatsApp or direct any mode no one given the response. All they have is a standard robotic answer and an email template mentioning that they are looking into it and then close the ticket without resolution.
