I have ordered for Rs. 5670.87 vide order no. 16115848129211908A on 25.01.20. Order was delivered only for part quanity valued Rs. 2644/- . Balance amount is still not refunded. Customer care executives and very rude and simply telling it will be done within a week. It is advised JIO MART not to cheat customer and refund the balance amount
