I ordered an item on 5 th Nov and It was deliveeable on 9th Nov but delivery agent didn’t come to my address on 10th Nov alos and He asked me to pick my order, which was 8 km away from my house through his personal number I said I cannot come and asked him to deliver at doorstep. He denied and said “I will deliver tomorrow”.In my Amazon app it is showing that item was undeliverable and returning to sender. I called to customer care executive but No solution found. Hence please take necessary action.
