I had placed an order on M/s Root Accessories OPC private limited after seeing an ad through Facebook on October 10, 2022 for a High pressure water sprayer costing Rs.1499. But till date neither the item has been delivered to me nor shipping details are provided to me. All attempts to contact the seller through telephone, email, WhatsApp etc were not successful.
