I had ordered (Order no. #20-21-253898) a Logitech C310 camera/webcam. The order was placed through website on 30-11-2020.It was a pre-paid order and the entire value (Rs. 2908/-) of the item was also remitted. Though enquired several times the item is still not delivered. I had ordered the webcam for my official purposes/video conferencing in court. Till this day the item is not delivered. Every time on enquiry,they just say that it will be dispatched soon. I have incurred substantial loss due to non delivery and the delay.
