Non Delivery of Order No. # 407-5518558-6111543 / Tracking ID: 321787964287

We order 3 No. OFR 13 Wave Fins with Fan – Beige, 2900 Watts Heater on 5th January, 2023 where committed to deliver on Monday, 9th January.

We received 2 Nos on 7th January 2023. But while tracking the 3rd One, it showing out for delivery. I expected same on 7th itself and appointed our office boy in office even on a holiday.

I received a call on 9th Januar around 6:30 pm, when I already left office and was driving. The carrier agent was at our office, and he returned the packet only because that I have not attended the call.

Again I received an SMS on 10th Morning, that will deliver by 9pm. So I deputed office boy in the office till 9pm, but nobody came to office to deliver the packet. After 6:00pm I made several calls (more than 15 times) to +91124681004, the phone was ringing but no one attended.

On 11th I tried to contact +91124681004, but got a reply that “We don’t’ have any packages out for delivery”. So I asked a call back through webportal and I received a call, where I informed above things to the executive, he committed me the delivery by same day itself. No complaint number provided.

12th Jan morning I received a message at 8:27am that “The packet is out for delivery and will deliver by 6:pm, so I expected the delivery. It does not reached till 1:30pm so I dialled +91124681004, and got a reply that “We don’t’ have any packages out for delivery”. Then I tracked through web portal and realised that the message and mail is of yesterday mid night (11:00pm) which I received only in the moring. Very odd comment also mentioned alongwith it “Carrier unable to contact recipient to arrange delivery. Please contact the carrier for next steps.” I don’t understand that, to whom the carrier agent tried to contact, because at 11:00pm (midnight) most of the people are sleeping. The building is a commercial building and noone is allowed to enter in the building other than night shift staff. Secondly the second part of the comment “Please contact the carrier for next steps” is mentioned. In which number we have to contact?

Again I requested for a call back through web portal. The replies from the executive was disappointing. He can do only escalation. But not able to provide complaint number. I asked to transfer the call to manager, the reply “can arrange a call within 48 hrs.” – The packet is already delayed 4 days and I have to wait for another 2 days to get a reason for the delay. I asked to provide contact number or address of delivery station, He don’t have any address or contact number of delivery station. I understood that, Amazon customer care is only for attending the calls and does not provide any solution.

12th January evening at 7:30 I received an SMS that the packet is out for delivery. Then I dialled the number +91124681004 and it was ringing but nobody attended. I dialled again and the phone was switched off. So I asked for call back through web portal, and the executive committed me that the packet will be delivered today between 10:00 am to 5:pm, I trusted him.

But, 13th I received a mail which showing that the order is cancelled and full refund will be processed.

Again I asked for call back through webportal, and they informed that, they cannot do anything other than refund.

I orderd this Item to battle sevire cold, If amazon carriers are behaving like this how do I trust Amason.
