Dear Sir,
My order no SO100987571 dated 9th apr of club factory amounts Rs 1960/- is showing delivered whereas I haven’t received the item. Tracking Id of the item is 2440847587325. Upon enquiring in delhi very chennai courier service they confirmed it was mistakenly delivered to some unknown person by their delivery boy. I was waiting for my courier for two weeks anxiously as it was supposed to gift that item to someone on very special occasion. I may feel embarrassed in front of my special one. It’s giving me lot of mental harassment. I request you to do the needful.
