Sir, I have placed an order for MI PLUS WIRELESS SPORTS PRO BUY 1 GET 1 × 1 for Rs.399/- from Bulkshop.in (Order No. BS459120) on 8th July 2021 and the payment was made successfully through credit card for the item while placing the order. But the item is yet to be delivered, and there has been no proper reply to my emails and WhatsApp messages from the retailer. I would like to request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
