Non delivery of item. Customer service asking to keep on waiting in loop.

Text of Complaint by Sachin:

– I ordered a computer keyboard on amazon. It was suppose to be delivered on 30th July. It was not delivered.
– As soon as the status started showing delivered. I checked with security, neighbours but order was not delivered. I informed amazon customer service but chatbot said wait for 1 day.
– I waited for 1 day, then again I asked customer service.. Chat both again asked me to wait for 48 hours.
– I waited for 48 hours. Then again I asked customer service. They said they will do investigation and will take 4 days. They promised to give me a call within this time.
– I waited for 4 days. After 4 days, I asked customer service again. They said they called me but I didn’t pick up the phone. I said when did you call what is the proof that you have called me. They did not had any.
– They again raised there own ticket and is asking me to wait for another 4 days.

This loop will never end if they want to do so. After 4 days, they may come back and say the same thing there is no stopping, no accountability and more importantly no responsibility.

They are outright saying that they cannot help me more then this. What is stopping them to say that they did fake investigation and will not refund. There is no accountability and no help for consumer.
