On 23 May 2023 I placed an order with VleBazaar Pvt. Ltd CIN U72300DL2015PTC277604 Plot No.4, Numberdar Matket, Grace Road, Sector28, Gurugram122002 vide Order ID No.2198940 for purchase of Mobile Samsung Galaxy M04 Dark Blue 4GB 128GB and paid advance amount of Rs.8049/ through Phonepe vide transaction ID T2305231431356208185625. I was assured to deliver Mobile by 28 May 2023 but it failed to supply, so on 29/05/23 I cancelled order and sought refund by sending email. Deapite assurance I was not paid refund till date. On 28/05/23 I called VleBazaar mobile no +917669839261 when I was assured payment if refund by 02 June 2023. Today, again I called that mobile no +917669839261 but was mistreated. Hence the present complaint Please initiate appropriate legal action against owner/MD/Directors of VleBazaar Pvt. Ltd
