I am prime member of Amazon for which they are charging money to subscribe.
My order number which suppose to deliver on 3rd july and was showing on the way , suddenly changed delivery status 5 days ahead with statement that if you don’t receive after 5 days we will sort it out.What type of confusion is this?
Why are they charging for prime subscription if they can’t deliver things at time.My order number is 151460250761 which disappear on the way.
All customer care services has been blocked by amazon.Nobody is there to answer.
