I got a message that the product would be delivered to me . I waited for it. When I didn’t recieve it I contacted the customer executives they promise me that the product would be delivered on the next day. I contacted them every day and they said the same thing. Then they accepted that it was lapse on their side. They forced me to wait when I wanted to cancel the order due to non delivery of the product till today on 25 th . I requested them that I am working personnel and can’t keep waiting for the time frame. They kept me in the dark in the name of policy of third party seller . Now when I demand the policy document now they are telling me it’s confidential.
I seek compensation for the mental agony they caused to me.
