On 4th of June I had ordered CCTV camera set of 8 combo with all the accessories for home on Amazon India at a cost of 23,500; however, on 5th of June it showed on the website as delivered, which was never delivered. I had contacted the Amazon helpline about the non-delivery of my item showing as delivered. I got a response that I have to wait until the buffer delivery time which was on 10th of June. Post that I was told that I have to further wait until 15th of June. On 15th of June I was told that the case is transferred to Investigation team. On 19th of June I when I contacted the Amazon help line, I got a blunt reply that their investigation team has confirmed them that the product is delivered and they cannot do anything about it.
I want to confirm that the product was never delivered to me, let them prove if it was delivered, even I can prove that it was never delivered to me.
Request the concern to please look in to my case as it’s a pure case of cheating by Amazon.
