1. I have ordered Kent RO plant from Amazon and paid Rs 16,500 for the same.
2. On 16 Dec, the item status showed delivered.
3. Immediately a complaint was lodged with the Amazon customer service regarding non delivery of item.
4. Amazon promised an inquiry followed by refund by 20 Dec 20, but refund not affected till date.
