With reference to my order No. 404-5314974-8493136. The delivery boy called me over phone to inform that he was standing in front of my house for delivery. I just asked him to drop it in the open corridor and called my daughter to collect it. As she opened the door within no time, there was nobody and not even the item ordered. As she informed me, I called him several times, but all the time he simply repeated, Hello….hello as if he was not hearing. As this pretension continued multiple times, I dropped the plan. What a pity is that despite a thorough search there is no window seen in the Amazon for filing such an immediate complaint. Let me have either the item delivered, or refund of money.
