Ordered a headphone from Amazon India (order id 406-1107872-1612340) ordered on 8th august 2022, costing rs 25000. the item was shown delivered on 23rd august. but still not delivered. made conitnuous calls and written mails to customer service but they did not resolve the issue. every time was asked to wait 2-3 business days. i asked either to change the status as not delivered but they did not want to do that as well. also after few days the customer service did not respond. asked me to write mail as they cannot raise complaint or resolve the matter.
