Text of Complaint by Shubhakara:

I have ordered for amazon product. On the date of delivery i called to the number which i got on amazon app saying not to deliver as i was out of station. However even after the continous follow ups the delivery agent attempted the delivery. However i called the customer care to deliver on the next day but on that day also my product is not got delivered on call with customer care i came to know that my product is not taken for re- schedule. I made continuous call to deliver it on next day but the delivery agent does not had the patient to wait and he has taken my mobile and updated the wrong IMEI due to which my delivery got rejected. I called the customer care the delivery agent is specifically told me that ” I have more experience of delivery any IMEI will work” however amazon customer care people assured me to deliver it on the next day but after my continuous follow ups the product not delivered and returned to the seller. Now if I requests for call back from amazon I am unable to get any calls amazon. Why customer is being treated like this. Further i ordered the same product from another id still same issue.
