I had placed an order via the Jio Mart app on 29th Dec, 2021.

my order hasn’t been delivered yet. It was supposed to be delivered by 4th Jan, 2022

The status on the app never changes (always shows status as “shipped”). I will be sending screen shots for the same.

I have been constantly following up by sending e mails, posting on the jio Mart face book page and calling the customer support every day but i am not getting any proper response, just automated mails and answers about escalation of the same.

Since a month, there has been no development. The item has been lost or misplaced in transit for sure since it surely never takes that much time for an item delivery.

Being a regular jio Mart customer, I am totally let down by your customer support. Sometimes I am told to wait for 24 hours and sometimes for 48 hours for either the refund or the delivery!

The standard answer I am given is that it has been escalated and highlighted on priority basis.
