We have ordered iphone 13 128gb in amazon on 4th may 2022, order id #171-3347835-0305155 . It is supposed to be delivered by may 4th 3pm-7pm. Its may 6th 6 pm and still the phone is not delivered yet, no proper response from support. They keep asking us to wait for delivery for one more day or cancel and wait for refund for two days.. do they even value customers money or time? Does SLA even exist.
