I have ordered grocery on 1st July, 2020. My paid order number is OD119044186886544000 and there were 32 items in it. According to flipkart this order was supposed to be delivered on 2nd July, 2020, I have received only 1 item on 2nd July, 2020 out of 32 items. Rest 31 items are not yet be delivered. Where is the order, why it’s not yet delivered? Daily I am sending mail and talking to flipkart but still no one from flipkart resolving my issue.
I am calling at flipkart customer care from 4th July, 2020 but there is no appropriate resolution have received till date, which is ludicrous.
Flipkart team has harassed me like anything. Due to this, I am going through mentally stressed. Is this kind of service you are providing to your customer, which is not acceptable?
Pls cancel me order and returned my money. After this I will deactivate my account with flipkart and never purchase anything through flipkart and suggest the same to all my known.
