Respected sir,
I am Mr. K B Patil a customer of Amazon and ordered for the Auto e-Pass tokens on 03-08-2022 which supposed to be delivered on 13 of August2022 . but couldn’t delivered and got rescheduled on 14-19 of Aug22,and again on 25th Aug22,and after calling multiple times to Customer service team, not received any proper responses.. and i wanted to register a complaint to their team and requested them to the share the e-mail ID.. and they knowingly shared the ID which is not in use… and post that .. i made the call to the CS team now they told that apply for the refund .. i am very much disturbed by them
