Text of Complaint by Ravi kumar:

I ordered mask on Amazon on march 22. But from march 23 to may 1st week central govt impose complete Lockdown. I tried contact amazon customer services since Lockdown lifted in may 1st week. But it was showed that no customer care representatives available. I contacted many times till june it was the same response. I forgot the isse assuming later refund will be issued. I contacted customer care in september and came to know that customer care services started in july and representative solve the issue within 2 working days. I contacted again in 16th october and representative answer me neither they will issue refund nor the masks make it deliver. Such irresponsible behaviour. So kindly do justice to me.
