I had ordered food through the IRCTC eCatering service while travelling on Train No. 15744/FARAKKA EXP with PNR No. 2504970538 on 4th October, 2025. The order (Order no 2325498970) was placed for delivery at BUXAR and I paid ₹215 online through UPI(payment id pay_RPPFuQpmrUBVlr) to vendor Tasty Foods Buxar. I received the confirmation message from IRCTC but the hotel did not confirm my order. the food was not delivered to me during the journey. I tried contacting the vendor and IRCTC helpline, but no help was provided addition to that the vendor hung up my call. I had to travel without food, which caused me great discomfort.
