Text of Complaint by Mrinmoy Ghosh:

Food ordered from Zomato and online payment made, delivery boy failed to deliver at the designated address as he could not connect me on phone. Thereby he cancelled my order without approach to my home. when Zomato customer care contacted, they are reluctant to refund money.
