I, Pradep, have ordered Fastag from Airtel Thanks app by paying Rs.500. My registered mobile number of Airtel is 9880039195. It has been more than a month now since I have placed an order and the Fastag is not yet delivered by Airtel. Right now Airtel doesn’t provide any customer support services nor any platform to report complaints. Hence the service seems to be a scam and not trustworthy. We kindly request you to help us in getting the issue resolved. Thanks.
