Respected sir,
we have purchase an article on 10th sep 2020 . on AMAZON online shoping , in this shoping the aspecyed delivery time was 3 working days, after 4 days of shoping , I have tracked my order i found in the status that “your order has been delivered on 13th sept 2020”. After that we have complaind on costumer care , they assure me that , we have to investige it , it will take 7 days. After 7 days , i called to costumer care they told me that we have investigated and we found that you have been recieve this courier , and your complaint has been resolve. And dont ever call us.
- First of all i want to confirm that we have not receive my order.and iwant to ask some points there are mentioned below.
(a) their delivery boy didn’t call me ever.
(b) how can they deliver any article to unknown person.
(c) if thie delivery boy called me or tried to call me, i want to see the call details.
(d) at the time of delivery every retaler sent an otp to costumer if they sent this otp kind shre the details
(e) i have bear huge loss due to non delivery of article, they have to full fill this.
Kindly focus on my case and help me as soon as possible, we halve attached my order detail with this mail.
