I had placed an order through Amazon online retail on 21/02/2023 and as promised during order placement, I was supposed to receive the delivery upon the mentioned address on 22/02/2023 between 10AM-2PM precisely. There was no delivery attempt made and the status showed “Out for Delivery” since 8:30 am on 22/02/2023 but soon after 2 pm the status changed to “order has been delayed due to operational issues” . Amazon customer service has been giving different timelines throughout the day but till the end of the day it has not been delivered and there is no update about my product. Apart from promises from Amazon that the product should be delivered soon.
