I ordered a Havells Geyser from Amazon with a pre payment of INR 3499. Company says it’s delivered but I did not get it. I have checked with security guard and my family members but it was never delivered. Also the delivery guy who made an entry at security gate provided his fake contact number. Amazon Support says that their investigation shows that ordered was delivered properly but can’t share any details/ proofs as it’s confidential. They are simply denying to compensate for my loss.
