Text of Complaint by Yogender Baroda:

On 20th Jan,2023 i ordered a laptop from Flipkart and it was supposed to be delivered by 25th Jan.On 24th Jan ,it was showing status out for delivery with delivery agent’s number and when i contacted him ,he said late by 8pm he will deliver.He never showed but but a text message came saying order is not delivered because return/exchange order was rejected but truth is no one ever came to my door step to deliver.
Later i complained about it on NCH website and Flipkart customer support and they assured to get this resolved by 28th jan but later i got another message saying it will be resolved by 30th jan and today i received another message saying it will be resolved by 1st Feb.so it is just that they are delaying to resolve and not even sure when will i get my product.
I went to ekart office(courier partner of flipkart) which is located in B22,Sector8,Noida this morning and the person over there told me sir humare paas hai apka product mein dekhta hu jaldi se jaldi deliver karwane ki.But flipkart is not doing anything for my product to be delivered to me.
Now i m not understanding that when Ekart has my order with them then why Flipkart is unable to check with Ekart to get it delivered and why they are postponing the dates.
