I am a customer of Amazon, on 18th September I ordered a
HARALAMBOS & HOLBORN SOCIOLOGY:THEMES AND PERSPECTIVES book. On 26 the September it was scheduled to be delivered by your delivery channel. I didn’t receive the product that day. But later on the day Amazon updated their status regarding the delivery of the product “attempted delivery”. But neither I was contacted via telephone by your delivery agent nor I was provided any contact details of the delivery team. I contacted Amazon customer service multiple times but in Vain. I have been charged 200 rupees for the delivery of the product so I want it to be delivered. The whole situation I find very harassing.
