Text of Complaint by Arun Joy:

I have transacted around 20k for laptop because of the promised delivery date of laptop. However, the delivery is due and Amazon customer support is non responsive. My 20k is stuck with them since a week, I am unable to make purchase elsewhere since I have no funds. Cancelling the product would initiate a refund in 4 days as per Amazon. I had priceless dependency on the product, but Amazon has put me in mental distress and distressing situation. My exams prep, applications and other important work is impacted. The whole scenario has taken a toll on mg mental health.
