i made an order with amazon india by giving advance amount, but they failed to deliver the same in time given by themselves. Again i contacted customer care and asked me to wait till 29th of august 9pm, again they failed to deliver, at that time i asked for a compensation in this regard but they give a cheap one month extension of prime membership worth Rs 140/-, this is simply illogical and injustifiable .Then i cancelled my order and waiting for the refund to be reflected to my bank account in 4-5 days.After taking money from customer in advance they failed to give service , apart from this they denied the rights of the customer in all ways. kindly do the needful.
