I ordered one plus nord CE2 mobile on 29 July and next day delivery executive came but he was unable to scan the parcel and next day even after repeated call there was no status update as when it would be delivered so I had to cancel the order.
Again I placed the order for same.Product on 2nd August and from last two days the product is in Pune delivery hub but not out for delivery.when call customer care they just repeat the scripted sentence which any help telling why it is not out for delivery even if it has reached nearest delivery hub.
