Respected panel,

we have placed an order in amazon and it is eligible for free delivery and while placing order also, it is deliverable to my location. but the delivery boy demanded additional money of 400 which we denied as it is free delivery and on top of it he threatened us saying order will be cancelled if we don’t pay additional money. immediately we called Amazon customer care and informed them about this. they also said not to pay any additional money which is against amazon policy and they said they will make sure that the order will be delivered next day. But for my surprise they have cancelled the product after few hours.i have escalated this to Amazon and they were saying a simple sorry and requested me to place an order again by keeping trust and also they promised me that this time order will be delivered without any issues. By trusting their words i placed another order for different model as earlier model went out of stock. This time the delivery boy called us and asked us to pick up the product at the go down itself as they will not be getting money for the delivery from customer. which we denied because the amazon is selling the products saying it will deliver to door step. immediately we informed Amazon customer care and they promised again that they will talk to delivery service and make sure it will be delivered. But now, they have cancelled this order too. now when i called customer care for this issue they are simply saying a SORRY and asking me to place another order as we cannot help on cancelled orders and this type of issues due to amazon policies. when i asked about filing it in consumer complaints also, they said, do as you wish. In Amazon we all knew that some products may not be deliverable because they could not deliver. but when they said its deliverable, they should deliver it. what about the money we paid to them. it is almost 15 days since my first order placed and still i’m suffering to get my product. and they are simply enjoying my hard earned money for atleast 15 days and they are not even bothered about customer’s pain. I need justice in this court.
