Recently made on line order from firstcry which was shipped through ecom under tracking Id 8690779501. The article reached pulwama on 30th dec 3021 and from then onwords delivery was postponed on one pretext or other and now as I’m seeing the shipment has been cancelled without taking me into consideration. I request your good office that stern action should be taken against the erring official.
