I had purchased a certain item(s) from a reliable source in Coimbatore which was shipped on 5th May,2023 through Ekart Shipping No SRTP0645448712. However, the last movement in the tracking website was on the 12th may,2023, 4;28PM. Today is 22nd May You can track this through Ekart Logistoics or any other Genuine Tracking Site in India. In the 10 days between 12th may and 22nd may, I have written numerous emails/send whatsapp messages to Ekart Logistics seeking information on the status of the Order but have not been responded to even once. Also all phone numbers listed Online for Contacting Ekart which are readily available upon Googling for “Contact No of Ekart” are perhaps non-functional as no calls are going through to all 4 numbers listed. I am in constant touch with the seller from Coimbatore and he is genuine and cooperative. However, Ekart is very unresponsive and negligent in their attitude and needs to be at least responsive, considering their courier charges are not FREE but PAID for. Ekart has caused a lot of discomfort and anger by not updating the Status ofmy Order which I feel they are obligated to do. My order was supposed to be delieverd by last Monday, 15th May and despite not fulfilling the Delivery as per schedule, they did not feel the need to inform the customer/receiver (Me) and the proprietor/sender ( from Coimbatore) who had sent it.Kindly take up my issue with Ekart Logistics as I am from the Legal Department and am considering filing a Petition for non-delivery and non-fulfillment of paid order. Thank you.
