I have placed multiple orders at Amazon India and orders are being sent to incorrect address. I contacted Amazon for same reason and requested them to add refund in Amazon Pay instead of refunding to original payment method as the card I had used to make payment for orders was one time use and is not in use anymore, Amazon representative advised to cancel order through app where I will get option to get refund in Amazon Pay. When I did same, I didn’t get option to get refund in Amazon pay instead it got refunded to original payment which is not in use anymore.
I then spoke to manager at Amazon, who kept arguing with me and said this is my fault that I used the one time use card and Amazon had not advised me to do so. It was completely rude from Amazon manager as I do not had any intent to ask for refund, I simply ordered products to use. Amazon is not ready to accept their mistake that I gave them correct address to deliver orders but they still delivered order to wrong address ( different state). I request authority to help me get paid amount into Amazon Pay as there was no mistake from my end. If refund goes to original payment method, it would be loss for me as I don’t access to the card anymore and can’t receive refund in that card. I am attaching the screenshots below as evidence to what address I had asked order to buy delivered at and where Amazon was going to deliver my order. Package was ordered for Jammu and Kashmir and was sent to Ghaziabad.
