My order with FernsNPetals, details as in the screenshot attached (the very first one, order date 26/07/22), has been marked delivered on their app on 28/07/22 but it has NOT been delivered yet, recipient has not received it. The most ridiculous thing is that i have raised the query, a few times, with them but its been 3 days and i have had NO contact from them, NO update, NOTHING AT ALL..seems like its a fraud, they hv looted money and updated delivery without actually doing it. HORRIBLE!! I want my money back ASAP, with compensation.
