I ordered a fossile watch on 16th July’20. Price was above 10000/- as there was an offer on HDFC card so I paid the amount from my friend’s card. The total amount I paid RS.9995/-.
On 21st July approx 12 o’clock a delivery boy given me a big box,the box was very light but I ignored as I was busy on call. When I finished with the call I opened it what I saw I received an empty big box. Then suddenly I raised the complain on Amazon support they asked me to be on wait for few days after 3-4 days they came back with the conclusion that theY delivered the product. I tried to reach them by call but that unprofessional guys telling me repeatedly our team investigate and we delivered the product. I countinue asking them tell me the parameters and the way the investigate but that stupid guy was blank.
