On dated 7th August’2020, i ordered ‘Cello Decent Delux Chair 4 pieces with advanced payment and with EMI and expected delivery date was 10th to 16th August’2020.i didn’t get yet..now in between i contacted to costumer service so many times and communicated to Ms.Ishita, Ms.Bhagyashree, Mr.Sheikh, Mr. Rajiv, Ms Puja, Ms.Sushmita etc. They all had given different commitments and some time periods for waiting, one month period has been exceeded still my issue is unresolved, now i was tired for waiting and false promises and i couldn’t understand that what was actually happening, finally i cancelled my order and raised for refund on dated 5th August ‘2020, and i got msg.that after two/three business days i will receive my refund, then i again contacted CS team because still i didn’t get my refund so they gave me again 24 hours time periods, but unfortunately nothing has happened yet and i haven’t received my refund yet.
