I purchased one product from amazon and as per their update it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday ( 14 Nov) but struggling to get my order yet. Every day they are updating that delivery Attempted ( not able to contact you) without contacting me. I called to customer care multiple times but not getting help and even escalated on twitter but also not got help. This Prepaid order and I have already paid for that and I am struggling to get it. I tried to reach delivery agent but he is not responding. Pls look into the matter and help.
