Subject: Non-crediting of sale proceeds for digital gold and digital silver
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the non-crediting of the sale proceeds for the digital gold and digital silver I had invested in through online platform ten days ago. Despite regular follow-ups, the amount has not been credited to my account, which is causing me significant financial inconvenience.
I am senior citizen and a heart patient.
I would like to bring to your notice that this delay in crediting the sale proceeds is in violation of the terms and conditions of our agreement and is causing me financial loss. I have already raised this issue with customer support team of Digigold and have not received any reply inspite of repeated reminders.
I would like to request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to take swift action to get credit the sale proceeds into my account without any further delay. Additionally, I expect the payment to be made with interest at a rate of 12% for the delayed period.
Furthermore, I request your excellency to kindly take up the issue with highest authority to get it settled immediately as i am in urgent needs of funds.
Please take very strict actions under various laws, including the potential cancellation of his license.I trust that you will take this matter seriously and ensure a prompt resolution.
I am looking forward to receiving a response from you at the earliest and expect this matter to be resolved without any further delay.
