Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that I have recharged my Vodafone mobile number through SBI online . Subsequently, the recharge amount was deducted from my account, however the balance was not credited on my number.The details are as follows:-

Recharge amount: Rs. 199/-
Date of recharge: 01 May 21
