On 17th May 2021 at 10.56 am I had paid Rs. 581/- from my Bank account vide reference no. IGALDKONK9 for recharge of my Vodafone mobile. However, till now neither the amount has been credited to my mobile nor credited back to my bank account. Request you to kindly refund the amount immediately.
