Hi,

I have taken an emergency loan from Cashpal.
I have paid approximately Rs 12900 against the approved amount of Rs 6000.
Since one week I am trying to get in touch with their team. Only on payment date they are sending text via whatsapp and asking to pay without cooperation.
I have been asking them for settlement which they are ignoring.
Their is no valid contact number. Their customer service number is not available through cellular calls. Numbers from where they are calling on whatsapp are fake and one person received the call and said it’s a wrong number.
I want a settlement
