I buyed a 1ton Daikin split in the month of April 2023 , firstly I have to struggle with the installation of the product as non one responded from the service centre for installation even after several calls from my side.even talked to lucknow customer service unit but they said they can’t help.
After a long tussle they sent a non experienced technician for installation.now since then the ac is not cooling properly and on complaining to customer care they cancel the service request without contacting or prior intimation.
