Sir,
I have two vodafone postpaid numbers 9999174623 & 9999174628. In the month of November 2019 I had applied at Vodafone store, South X, Delhi for conversion of both the numbers to prepaid. In turn, I was told to pay three days balance bill and was issued with duplicate Sim. I was also told that the prepaid sim will get activated in 3 days. I was issued with Sim 89911190185413093817 against 9999174628 and sim 89911190185413093809 against 9999174623. Sir, I want to know, isnt this my right to convert postpaid to prepaid. As I am a serving combatant member of Indian Air Force, I have to travel from one place to another and the network issues made me to change my number to prepaid. But even after almost three months Vodafone hasnt done the needful. I want to know, as to why I should pay the bill, when I have submitted application for conversion from postpaid to prepaid and also, I am not using the number much owing to pathetic network issues. You are requested to take corrective measure in repect of the Vodafone employee at South X, Vodafone store. I have not seen the name of the Vodafone employee, but I remember he will the only sikh person (with Turban) available there. Awaiting a positive response.
